All fair days there will be inspiring, culinary sessions in the kitchen of the pavilion. It also hosts the presentation of the Gaia Green Award. Cocktail Promenade
Cocktails have become an integral part of the hospitality industry: The general public is ordering more cocktails than ever. But with growing demand comes the need for more knowledge and structure. At the Cocktail Promenade, you’ll discover how to optimize your bar setup (bar infrastructure) and how to train and motivate your staff to become professional bartenders (bartender level). The Beer Xperience, hosted by Hospitality Synergy Group, can be found at Gastvrij Rotterdam once again! Independent Dutch breweries have the opportunity to showcase themselves to the high-quality visitors of Gastvrij Rotterdam in a welcoming environment. The focus is on the beers of the best Dutch craft breweries! The brewers are ready to let the visitors taste their latest and most famous brews.

Wedstrijd Arena
This edition there are no less than two Competition Arenas, hosted by Euro-Toques Netherlands and the Gastronomisch Gilde. Upcoming edition will again compete for Het Glazen Kalf, the Young Chef Awards and Cooking with Wild. But also the Euro-Toques Nederland Cookware Company Restaurant Prize, preliminary round of the HANOS Gouden Koksmuts, kick off of the 100% plant-based competition and Salt Challenge will take place here!

Start-Up Pavilion is especially for start-up and restarting suppliers to the hospitality industry. The Start-Up Pavilion is made possible in part by Foodservice HOMiES, the connecting knowledge and inspiration platform. The pavilion's program, featuring pitches, lectures, and workshops on trending topics, is also organized by HOMiES.
