Would you like to participate at Gastvrij Rotterdam? As a hospitality exhibition, we offer several opportunities to present your company or product at Gastvrij Rotterdam 2024. You can of course build your own stand, but we can also provide one for you. You can choose from a luxury stand construction package of 2.5 m or 3.5 m high. There is also a basic furniture package available. Additional elements can be ordered separately.
The exhibition floor fills up quickly, so be quick to secure a spot by contacting the project team.
Stand area (from 12 m2)
You only purchase square meters and take care of the stand construction yourself.
Price: € 185 per m2 (excl. VAT)
Stand area + Luxury stand construction package 2.5 m high
The package includes: carpet, black frieze frame with name inscription, black partition walls (wood construction covered with flannel) 2.5 m high, ceiling covered with cheesecloth, 1 spotlight per 4 m2, 1 wall socket, electricity connection and consumption up to 3 kWh.
Price: € 310 per m2 (excl. VAT)
Stand area + Luxury stand construction package 3.5 m high*.
The package includes: carpet, black frieze frame with name inscription, black partition walls (wood construction with flannel covered) 3.5 m high, ceiling covered with cheesecloth, 1 spotlight per 3 m2, 1 wall socket, electricity connection and consumption up to 3 kWh.
Price: €345 per m2 (excluding VAT).

Marketing Service Package
Participation includes a mandatory marketing service package of € 395 (excluding VAT), consisting of:
- Logo on website Gastvrij Rotterdam
- Listing of company details on the website and floor plan
- Use of online visitor registration system (number of invitation codes depending on the square meters of stand space)
- Use of media kit with personalized banners to promote participation
- Availability of the Visit by GES system for live lead management (application or scanner not included and can be ordered separately via the handbook).

Visit by GES takes lead retrieval to the next level! Where exhibitors used to scan badges and get an Excel with data, now it's all about live 'lead management'. Data from prospects is instantly available - while they themselves are still at the booth. Sales leads are thus verified live and prioritization can be established immediately. Contacts can also be assigned directly to specific colleagues - anywhere in the world. Visit by GES does more than simply collect data, enabling users to plan, tune, monitor and measure their progress. Exhibitors can set and monitor performance targets; analyze leads by category or sales rep; assign follow-up actions to colleagues and track the progress of sales results after the event.
